I created this mini pole camp out of a genuine desire to share my personal understanding of what flow truly means and to guide you in finding it for yourself.
The focus of the weekend is on creating beautiful, seamless transitions between simple pole tricks and learning how to move with intention, control, and continuity.

This pole camp was created out of a desire to share what “basics” truly mean to me. I often see beginners training beyond their level in order to feel like they are progressing quickly — but with unclean lines and little control.
Entries into tricks are often messy, and exits are more often than not a jump out of the movement. In my opinion, you only truly own a trick when you can perform it beautifully, with control, and as part of a fluid combination.

Daniel has appeared on “Four in a Bed” on Channel 4 as well as being shown and given 3 gold stars on “Got to Dance” on Sky. Daniel is passionate about pole and has been pole dancing for over 8 years. He has been lucky enough to travel internationally competing and teaching his signature pole tricks workshops.

Zusätzlich trainierte Sie mit Serchmaa Bamba aus der Mongolei und begann mit mit Auftritten landesweit in den USA. Über die letzten Jahre hat Catie ein professionelles und ganzheitliches Contortion Programm am Circus Center entwickelt.
Es ist nun das fünfte Jahr seit der Einführung 2013, dass Catie das Contortion Intensive leitet und Sie ist weltweit für Ihre Contortion und Flexibilitäts Workshops bekannt.

This is why we offer 3 very special Workshops with a lot of unique exercises and tipps for you to get you splits and backbends as quick as possible with no unjuries or pain.

Olga Spezia is professional Pole Dance and Exotic Pole Dance teacher, winner and finalist of numerous pole competitions. Olga was born in Russia, but she is living in Greece. She started with pole dance in 2012 and in less than a year became pole instructor. Olga is very patient and encouraging teacher, she gives a lot of attention to each student in the class. Olga specializes in Russian Exotic style, Strip Plastique & Floorwork. Olga`s pole style is flowy, sexy and elegant in the same time, her routines contain plenty acro tricks, floorwork and hair flips - and all these she will be glad to teach you.

Often described as the "Pole Fairy”, a name that you will understand completely once you meet her. Her classes are uplifting, empowering and make people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. She is a firm believer that everyone is different, everyone will tell a different story with their body and dancing. She embraces and develops this diversity in her classes.
